The Digital Sovereignty Coalition (DSC) operates at the intersection of technology, civil rights, and democracy. We mobilize communities, influence policy, and build tools to ensure that the digital systems shaping our lives remain accountable to the people they serve — not just corporations or governments.

POLICY ADVOCACY 

We work with lawmakers, legal scholars, and grassroots organizations to promote legislation that protects digital rights, bans exploitative surveillance, and ensures transparency in AI, data governance, and cloud infrastructure. Our goal is to future-proof democracy in the age of automation.

CIVIC EDUCATION & MEDIA

Through public campaigns, video essays, and community outreach, we expose the hidden infrastructures of digital control — from algorithmic bias to government-tech collusion — and equip everyday people with the knowledge to resist digital disenfranchisement.

ETHICAL TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT 

We support and incubate open-source, culturally conscious, and sovereign AI tools that prioritize inclusion, consent, and local governance. Our technical initiatives — including repositories, LLMs, and verification systems — are built by and for the communities they aim to serve.

COALITION BUILDING

DSC is a platform for coordination between technologists, artists, policy thinkers, activists, and institutions aligned in the fight for digital justice. We create networks of mutual support to confront the monopolization of infrastructure and the erosion of civil liberties.

ACCOUNTABILITY & WATCHDOG EFFORTS 

We investigate and expose the misuse of technology by state and corporate actors — from unauthorized data collection to biased predictive policing — and challenge their influence through legal, public, and cultural pressure campaigns.

DSC is not here to adapt to the future others are building. We’re here to build a new one — ethical, inclusive, and free.

Right now, that power is being centralized in the hands of a few tech giants and government agencies with little transparency, little accountability, and no public consent. But it doesn’t have to be this way.
